Job summary

A leading provider of business and technology solutions, TEKsystems is seeking an Administrative Support professional to manage commission statements and perform data analysis. Description

Overview of Responsibilities

o Administer spreadsheet of all carrier portals and websites and corresponding password and login information for each.

o Using daily EFT download from the bank and check deposit data identify commissions received.

o Download/account for all commission statements from carrier portals, efaxes, emails and US mail, making sure they are electronically saved to the proper directory.

o Track carrier statements with status from deposited to complete

o Investigate missing or unidentified statements

o Account for all commission statements, making sure they are electronically saved to the proper directory.

o Communicate with carrier representatives regarding missing statements

o Reformat statements into Excel as needed and create pivot tables on data

o Code commission statements by branch/group size/product.

o Enter revenue into template for upload into G/L

• The ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgement

• Strong ethical standards with high level of integrity

• Ability to coordinate with computer programmers and work through system logic

• Computer literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and emphasis on advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP, GAIT and ICM a plus.

• Ability to site for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 5 lbs, file, stand, bend, reach, pull.

Deposit & Invoice Validation

Confirm that commission deposits are received and accurately recorded.

Review and validate invoices against deposit records.

Extract and organize data from PDFs and Excel files.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to analyze and reconcile data.

Break down invoice amounts and match them to corresponding policy numbers and client names.

Generate reports to support revenue tracking and forecasting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hr.
