Job summary

Start My Business Inc. is seeking independent contractors in the United States to sell US Foreclosure Leads memberships via commission-based sales. You will follow up with leads from free training, explain membership benefits, and adhere to Do Not Call rules.

This is a 1099 role with no hourly pay or base salary, and you determine your own schedule. You must have a clear phone voice, strong written communication, and prior sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident phone voice; include a short sales script sample in application.
• Strong written communication by email, text, and chat.
• Prior sales experience (phone, B2B or direct sales) preferred.
• Self-directed: plan your day and keep your pipeline moving.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with people who signed up for free training or the live webcast.
• Explain what a membership includes (skip-traced leads in all 50 states, DNC checks, training and claim tracker) and its price.
• Never promise earnings. Results depend on each agent's own work.
• Use approved scripts, prices and claims; follow consent and Do Not Call rules.
