Job summary

Drybar is seeking a Sales Associate / Guest Experience Specialist in Newport Beach to greet guests, help them find products, and deliver an unforgettable Drybar experience. The role focuses on customer service, driving sales, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll be the friendly face of the shop, manage appointments and transactions, promote memberships and services, and work in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment with ongoing training and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Create a fabulous first impression by warmly greeting guests and making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond to create a memorable visit.
