Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach is seeking a part-time Drybar Receptionist to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage check-in/check-out, and support shop operations. You will work closely with stylists and customer service to ensure smooth scheduling and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include handling Booker for client bookings, assisting with payments and tips, and maintaining shop cleanliness and merchandising, while upholding Drybar’s standards and core values.

Responsabilités

• Lead client experience from check-in to check-out and ensure Drybar standards.
• Check clients in and out through Booker and manage client profiles.
• Troubleshoot Booker issues and coordinate with Customer Service via Skype.
