Job summary

eHealth is seeking an Associate Commission Operations Analyst to analyze commission data, member information, and carrier documents to maximize revenue and membership. You will resolve discrepancies across multiple internal systems and prepare operational deliverables for close.

The role reports to the Supervisor/Manager, Commission Operations and requires strong analytical skills, Excel/Tableau experience, and SOX knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with data analysis, trending and management reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation and application of carrier commissions using internal systems.
• Research commission payments, statements, and system discrepancies with internal/external teams.
• Analyze carrier documentation to ensure accurate membership and commissions.
• Initiate and track commission tasks using the internal workflow system.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables for Finance close.
• Support SOX testing and internal controls documentation.
• Review statements and reports to drive data quality improvements.
• Support special projects and ad hoc reports for revenue operations.
