Old Dominion Kitchen and Bath in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a Commission Cabinet Sales Consultant to guide homeowners through design and purchasing. You’ll greet prospects, assess needs, create quotes with 20/20 Design, and close sales while managing your pipeline.

This role rewards relationship-building with commission-based income and opportunities to grow professionally in cabinetry design. You’ll collaborate with our operations team to ensure timely installations and accurate orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet sales, kitchen & bath design, or home-improvement retail.
• Experience with 20/20 Design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads from walk-ins, referrals, builders, remodelers, and local networking with a focus on sales and recurring revenue streams.
• Create professional quotes and project proposals using 20/20 Design ensuring accuracy in customer order documentation, scheduling, and communication.
• Close sales and manage your pipeline from first conversation to final installation.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate orders and smooth project delivery.
