Cabinet IQ is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our fast-growing cabinet and countertop team in Fort Myers, FL. You will meet clients on-site, take measurements, and design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design to deliver tailored solutions.

You’ll build relationships, guide clients to decisions, and collaborate with a high-performance showroom. The role offers base salary plus commission and opportunities for training within a brand-new showroom environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales design for kitchens and baths is preferred.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate into design solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to guide clients to a decision.

• Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

Compensation

• Base salary + commission ( no cap )
