Job summary

AT&T in Georgia is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to connect customers with our latest devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, help customers compare options, and contribute to meeting monthly goals.

You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with a 40-hour work week and uncapped commission opportunities on top of hourly pay. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Stay up to date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers.
