AT&T in Jacksonville, NC is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the full suite of AT&T products and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide choices and help you reach sales targets with commission rewards.

You\'ll join a team that values flexibility, community engagement, and ongoing coaching; the schedule runs 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based plans and plenty of training for new hires.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with tools, training and coaching to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority-based schedules.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility helps you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Healthful coaching and onboarding will help you meet and exceed sales goals.
