Job summary

AT&T in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales and deliver customer-ready service. You will educate customers on devices, services and the full AT&T suite, helping them find the best solutions for their needs in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends, with a focus on meeting targets and earning uncapped commissions. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance notice for seniority-based shifts.
• Maintain store opening/closing tasks and daily journaling of transactions.
• Assist with inventory maintenance and may wear a uniform.
