AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Columbus, GA. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through options and help them choose the best products and services. You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and reach out to current and potential customers.

The role offers a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule (9am–9pm, weekends) and training to help you hit and exceed sales goals, with uncapped commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two weeks' advance notice for seniority-based schedules.
