Norman Window Fashions in La Palma, CA is seeking an energetic Account Representative to grow retailer accounts across Northern and Southern California. You will enroll retail accounts into Norman Experience training events and drive sales growth with both new and existing customers.

This role includes base pay plus commission tied to your performance. You will travel up to 25% (including overnight trips about once per month), build durable relationships, and serve as the primary contact for

• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Enroll retail accounts into Norman Experience training events.
• Publish monthly schedule of virtual Spotlight sessions.
• Manage relationships; serve as primary contact for customers.
• Conduct monthly field visits to grow customer business.
• Log interactions and account history in Salesforce.
• Track sales potential by product and competitor; review with supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.
