Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Full-Time Leasing Consultant in Davis, CA to drive occupancy and revenue through expert lead management, tours, and closing skills. You will deliver personalized tours, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with the team to surpass leasing goals in a fast-paced community setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in sales or leasing, strong follow-up discipline, and experience with CRM platforms like Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage.

Qualifications

1+ year of sales or leasing experience is required.
Demonstrated success achieving leasing or conversion targets.
Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
Able to conduct timely, personalized tours and respond quickly to leads.
Weekend and peak leasing hours availability.

Responsibilities

Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs and close.
Proactively follow up to maximize conversion.
Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
Execute strategies to drive traffic and revenue.
Respond to leads with a sales-first mindset.
Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade real estate and community.
