Job summary

Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in store and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll learn product solutions, uncover customer needs, and close sales with strong communication. You’ll train continuously, support merchandising and inventory, and may engage with customers off-site at events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant sales/retail experience.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to additional shifts, especially peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by building connections.
• Position product insights and recommendations to customers.
• Close sales through effective communication and solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with current Verizon customers and other outreach activities.
