This role includes opportunities to reach high earnings through commissions and base pay, with scheduling that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Onsite worksite-based position with strong training and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience (customer service or sales).
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to picking up extra shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by applying passion for technology and customer service to grow Verizon network.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Present product insights and solutions to offer comprehensive top-down sales.
• Close sales using strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through training and cross-functional exposure to merchandising and inventory.
• Possible outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers to grow the base.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events to expand loyal customers.
