Job Overview

Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling in West Berlin, NJ is searching for a full‑time Call Center Agent – Inside Sales Rep to leverage your customer service skills and drive sales for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Follow up on quoted work that was not sold to secure customer commitment and ensure 100 % satisfaction.
• Set firm appointments, promote services, and resolve objections.
• Schedule new appointments and communicate with technicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and lead management documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Proficiency with phone and email communication.
• Strong drive to succeed and ability to take initiative with customers.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: call‑center experience, phone sales background, or previous in‑home sales experience.
