You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and expand market share within a designated territory.

This role offers commission-based earnings (draw against commission) with potential total earnings of $50,000 to $200,000, depending on sales performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree a plus.
• 2–4 years HVAC sales experience, preferably in wholesale distribution.
• Proven sales and marketing history with HVAC equipment.
• Experience with residential and contractor relationships preferred.
• Valid driver's license if driving is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company as a leader in the industry.
• Secure maximum market share and sales dollars per policy.
• Solicit new accounts and develop market strategies.
• Maintain direct contact with assigned accounts and foster new relationships.
• Proactively develop sales and solve problems; handle customer issues timely.
• Serve as host at dealer meetings and industry events.
• Attend product shows and trainings to stay current on products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
