Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to empower customers with our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic system, helping them find the perfect mattress. With 520+ stores and USA family-owned operations, you will drive sales while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English (and Spanish or other languages is a plus).
• Comfort with using diagnostic tools to guide product selections.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles.
• Operate tablets and POS systems to process transactions.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience focused on improving customers’ sleep.
