Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team. You will use our bedMatch diagnostic system to help customers select the perfect mattress, delivering an educational and low-pressure shopping experience.

We offer a robust compensation package, including a generous hourly wage or commission, bonuses, and a strong 401(k) with employer matching. Expect a 4- to 5-day work week with opportunities for growth and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Availability for retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends (4–5 day work week).
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMatch system and proven selling process.
• Assist customers in selecting products and provide a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Load purchases onto customers' vehicles and help set up showroom displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
