Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally

• Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair progress
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers upon delivery
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Meet or exceed sales, gross profit, and customer service goals
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service standards
