Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience.
• Experience in CDK is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience.
