You will greet customers, explain warranty protections, coordinate with technicians, review repairs, and manage the service lane workflow. A driver’s license is required and prior dealership or customer-service experience is preferred. This position offers opportunities for advancement within the O'Brien Auto Group.

Qualifications

• Advising or writing experience preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when they arrive and escort them when they leave.
• Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.
• Answer questions about service outcomes.
• Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and alternatives.
• Provide customers with problem/solution information.
• Manage and oversee the service center's workflow and scheduling.
• Call customers about changes in service or when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
• Attend weekly morning meetings.
