Group 1 Automotive Newport Lexus is seeking experienced Service Advisors to deliver premium customer service for a Luxury brand. You will advise customers, manage service orders, and support the dealership’s quality standards at the Newport location.

The role emphasizes strong communication, competitive performance targets, and an emphasis on client satisfaction within a high-end automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous service advisor experience in a shop setting.
• Experience with CDK and Xtime is preferred.
• Positive and friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
• Able to meet targeted goals and provide exceptional client experience.
• High school diploma and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle service and explain repair options.
• Achieve targeted service goals and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CDK and Xtime to manage service orders.
