Job summary

Esler Companies is seeking an energetic Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners for in-home consultations and product demonstrations of Renewal by Andersen windows and doors. Earn through a fully commission-based plan with strong earning potential and paid training.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the sales process, partnering with installation managers for accurate measurements, and building lasting client relationships. Flexible schedule and ongoing coaching are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using modern tools to support your workflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation.
• Partner with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
