Job summary

Esler Companies, doing business as Renewal by Andersen, is hiring Sales Consultants for in-home consultations and product demonstrations. You will help homeowners choose the right window and door solutions, guide them through the sales process to installation, and leverage video-enabled measurements with Installation Managers.

The role offers paid training, a ramp-up period, pre-qualified leads, ongoing coaching, and a travel-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using modern tools to support workflow.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willing to meet customers during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation.
• Partner with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
