The role involves greeting customers, resolving post-order issues, and helping the team achieve sales targets with a customer-first mindset. Use catalogs, the internet, and workshops to deepen product knowledge and ensure a smooth, collaborative shopping experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance.
• High degree of self-motivation and positive attitude.
• Customer centric and enjoys serving others.
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet.
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.
• Pre-employment screening includes background check.
