Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership is required.
• CDK experience and Toyota brand familiarity are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly, professional service experience.
• Prepare accurate repair orders with time, cost and labor estimates; verify warranties.
• Explain estimates and obtain approval for work to be performed.
• Monitor service progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and contribute to a positive dealership experience.
