Marietta Toyota is seeking a Sales & Leasing Consultant to greet guests, build relationships, and guide customers through the car-buying process at our Smyrna-area showroom.

The role is commission-based, emphasizing customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork with Finance and Sales Managers. Flexible hours include Mon-Sat 8:00-8:00 and Sun 12:30-6:00, with a focus on delivering a red-carpet experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• Negotiation training completion and ongoing product quizzes are required.
• Annual Toyota certification training and product quizzes are required.
• Proficient use of DMS CDK and CRM Elead is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon showroom arrival and check them in.
• Serve as liaison between dealership and customer throughout the car-buying process.
• Follow the TARGET Sales Model and attend daily/weekly sales meetings.
• Utilize CRM (Elead) to follow up with customers and update records.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and Finance Managers as needed.
