Marietta Toyota Scion is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in, maintain showroom cleanliness, and manage logs.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest upon arrival in the showroom.

• Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Manage the desk log, phone up log, loaner agreement log, dealer plate log, and gas card log.
• Produce daily reports for management.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

• Proficient operational software techniques for DMS [CDK], Service CRM [Elead] and any additional dealer-specific software
• Having the aptitude & desire to develop a solid understanding of product information related to all brands, vehicles, and all sales processes offered by the dealership
• Willingness to develop an understanding and adhering to Client Care Center “Policies and Procedures Manual”
• The ability to work flexible hours, to include Monday – Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 12:30 p.m.- 6 p.m.
