Job summary

Delaware North at TD Garden in Boston, MA is seeking a part-time Commissary Supervisor to support daily operations of the commissary and warehouse. You will supervise the commissary team, assign duties, train, coach, and help enforce safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 6 months of food and beverage commissary experience; proficiency with Excel or similar databases; strong leadership and math skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months food & beverage commissary or related experience required.
• Experience with Excel or similar database management systems required.
• Strong management, delegation and coaching abilities.
• Basic math skills.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling.
• Ensure proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products in their appropriate locations.
• Maintain daily awareness of product needs; determine quantities required to adequately stock commissary.
• Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passages, elevators, and work areas.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
