Job summary

Delaware North in Boston, MA is seeking a part-time Commissary Supervisor to help manage daily operations of the commissary and warehouse. You will supervise the team, maintain stock, and ensure safety and cleanliness in storage areas, with shift expectations including weekends and evenings.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits such as training, employee discounts, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel or similar database systems.
• Strong management and delegation skills; coaching ability.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise commissary team, assign duties, train, coach, and counsel.
• Maintain proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products in their locations.
• Maintain daily awareness of product needs; determine quantities required to stock commissary.
• Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
