What will you do?

• Complete daily tasks, including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents.
• Provide basic administrative support, which includes coordinating activities and meetings, processing invoices, and contacting team members.
• Perform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing letters.
• Oversee vendor appointments, maintenance, and environmental upkeep for offices.

More about you

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures and the use and operation of standard office equipment
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills
