Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage warehouse management, custodial services, and inventory stocking under a federal contract.
• Manage budgeting, operational goals, quality control, inventory management, record keeping, and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and obligations.
• Develop professional relationships and communication channels with key contract personnel.
• Supervise employees, including hiring, training, development, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Establish staffing requirements and coordinate daily work schedules based on volume and customer demand.
• Respond to email and telephone requests and provide information about department operations and services.
• Establish work processes and maintain written policies and procedures.
• Schedule and prioritize tasks and ensure adherence to procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
• Track operational data and produce management reports and presentations.
• Meet with customers to ensure service quality, define expectations, resolve problems, and improve processes.
• Conduct and participate in departmental and other meetings.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
