Job summary

Keefe Group, LLC is seeking a Commissary Operations Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities in a warehouse within a jail facility. You will lead a team of Warehouse Workers and inmate crews in receiving, staging, packing, and distributing Commissary products, reporting to the District Manager.

The role requires management experience in a related field, ability to supervise operations, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management or supervisory experience in food, retail, or related environment.
• Ability to work with a team and supervise warehouse operations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive connections with clients and ensure continued satisfaction with products or services.
• Ensure team members are trained and perform responsibilities safely and compliantly.
• Maintain adequate product quantities to meet current needs.
• Manage warehouse operations in compliance with laws and internal procedures.
• Maintain a sanitary environment following health codes and regulations.
