Job summary

Keefe Group, LLC is hiring for a Commissary Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities, lead a team, and coordinate product delivery to canteens. The role is onsite inside a jail/correctional facility, reporting to the District Manager.

The position requires prior management experience in food/retail, warehouse know-how, and the ability to train staff, maintain stock levels, and ensure safe, compliant operations around inmates.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management or supervisory experience in food, retail, or related environment.
• Previous warehouse management experience.
• Experience supervising the use and operation of a variety of warehouse equipment.
• Must have computer skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive connections with clients involves understanding their needs, addressing concerns, providing excellent service, and working to ensure continued satisfaction with products or services.
• Ensure all team members are adequately trained and able to perform job responsibilities safely and compliantly.
• Ensure you have the appropriate quantities of products on-hand for current needs.
• Manage Warehouse operation in compliance with internal procedures as required by local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintain a sanitary environment following food service and Health Department codes and regulations.
• Must have computer skills.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
