Keefe Group, a TKC Holdings Company, is hiring for a Commissary Operations Manager to lead warehouse activities and coordinate product delivery to canteens at an onsite jail/correctional facility. You will supervise Warehouse Workers and Inmate Work Crews, ensuring safe operations and compliance with regulations, reporting to the District Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in warehouse management, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Formal leadership experience in a warehouse or retail setting.
• Experience supervising teams and inmate work crews is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety procedures in warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate computer systems for inventory and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive connections with clients and address their needs to retain long-term business.
• Ensure all team members are trained and perform duties safely and compliantly.
• Maintain adequate product quantities for current needs.
• Oversee warehouse operations in compliance with laws and internal procedures.
