Job summary

Keefe Group, a TKC Holdings Company, seeks a Commissary Operations Supervisor to oversee on-site commissary operations at a designated correctional facility. The role includes staffing, inventory control, and ensuring security compliance while supporting the Operations Lead.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Experience supervising teams and driving responsibilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management and computers (MS Office).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and manage training of new team members.
• Maintain knowledge of all department operations.
• Ensure staff coverage and productivity.
• Maintain accurate inventories of products.
• Provide recommendations for improvements and report issues to management.
• Support general upkeep of areas, equipment and products.
