Schedule is Mon-Thu with varying hours; requires 21+ and valid driver’s license; DailyPay option available; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers including Microsoft Office.
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead through others.
• Able to work in a correctional environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and manage training of new team members.
• Maintain working knowledge of all phases of department operations.
• Ensure employees are where they need to be and productive.
• Maintain accurate inventories of all products.
• Complete required reporting.
• Provide recommendations on areas of improvement.
• Document and inform management of priority tasks and personnel issues.
• Report problems to management with written documentation.
• Maintain neat, clean, and orderly areas, equipment, products.
• Set example to promote teamwork.
• Support general upkeep and drive operations as needed.
