Job summary

Keefe Group, part of TKC Holdings, is seeking a Commissary Operations Manager to lead warehouse activities and coordinate inmate commissary product delivery within a jail setting. You will supervise a team of warehouse workers and inmate crews, ensure safety and compliance, and report to the District Manager.

You must have a high school diploma and at least one year of management experience in food or related sectors, with experience in warehouse operations and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience in food, retail, or related environment.
• Experience in warehouse management and supervising equipment.
• Strong emphasis on safety procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive connections with clients to understand needs and retain them as long‑term customers.
• Ensure team members are trained to perform duties safely and in compliance.
• Maintain adequate product quantities on-hand for current needs.
• Manage warehouse operations in line with internal procedures and laws.
• Maintain sanitary environment following Health Department codes.
• Must have computer skills and accuracy in documentation.
• Adapt to other responsibilities as needed by the business.
