Colonial Group in Dallas is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to support the operational success of our commercial customers' remarketing programs. You will manage commercial inventory, coordinate reconditioning recommendations, and serve as the primary liaison for commercial account representatives.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and recon teams to deliver timely reports, monitor fleet/lease activities, and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or automotive operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Inventory Management: Support commercial inventory flow and accuracy within the remarketing center.
• Reconditioning Proposals: Review vehicle condition reports and propose reconditioning recommendations to consignors.
• Client Liaison: Act as the point of contact for commercial representatives regarding scorecards and performance metrics.
• Reporting & Communication: Deliver timely reporting at the account level and provide insights on performance.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Align with sales, operations, and recon departments on account objectives and service levels.
• Overseeing the operation/flow of vehicles from transport assignment to detailing and readiness.
• Monitor Fleet/Lease accounts to ensure compliance with client requirements and directives.
• Serve as AutoIMS and commercial AMS expert for the location.
