Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
• 5+ years of Commercial Credit experience.
• 2+ years in Commercial Underwriter role.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with opportunity memos for new and existing relationships.
• Prepare CCAR memos with loan risk details and supporting information.
• Spread and analyze financial statements, including DSCR calculations.
• Use cash flow, liquidity, profitability and leverage to assess credit risk.
• Review loan applications for commercial properties and third-party reports.
• Support portfolio management activities including covenant testing and reviews.
• Participate in pipeline meetings and sales support activities.
