Qualifications

• Experience leveraging LMS and other digital learning technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of training programs with emphasis on the Strategic Account Management team and the Management Development program.
• Align with the board and engage directly with Commercial Directors to establish priority skills and competency training.
• Utilize content from peer-led Commercial Skill Academies to ensure relevance to goals.
• Design personalized learning journeys utilizing Learning Technology platforms; track progress with data-driven development.
• Collaborate with the broader training team to incorporate content and innovation into leadership programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and refine content and delivery methods based on metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends in sales and marketing leadership development.
