Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Raritan, NJ seeks a Manager, Commercial Education for our MedTech Surgery unit. This role leads learning strategy, new hire sales rep training, and certification programs across national and regional teams with a blended learning approach.

The position requires deep clinical knowledge in MedTech Surgery, with experience in leading training initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across marketing and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Clinical Sales focusing on MedTech Surgery.
• Experience in training or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• As a people leader, oversee the Sales Training Representative (STR) program and coach 3–5 STRs.
• Partner with marketing to support product launch development and execution and training aligned to strategic priorities.
• Coach and train sales representatives to use sales force effectiveness tools to identify facility growth opportunities.
• Lead or support J&J MedTech Surgery Foundations, Advanced, and Master Programs as assigned.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement educational programs in support of business objectives.
