Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Manager, Commercial Education to define and drive learning strategies that support the commercial business. You will oversee new hire sales rep training and certification and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on national and regional programs.

The role requires deep clinical knowledge in MedTech Surgery, prior field sales training experience, and strong leadership to coach a team of 3–5 STRs while advancing global learning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in Clinical Sales within MedTech Surgery.
Experience in training and certification of sales reps is preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge of MedTech surgery products and procedures.

Responsibilities

Communicate business issues to next management level and align with strategy.
Lead STR program, coach and develop 3–5 STRs and collaborate with marketing.
Design and deliver national/regional training using blended learning.
Support product launches and training aligned to strategic priorities.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Company policies.
