You will lead end‑to‑end training programs for District Business Managers, Regional Directors, Strategic Account Managers, and onboarding of Sales New Hires.

You will manage a two‑trainer team, partner with Commercial leaders, and design data‑driven learning journeys using advanced learning tech. Travel ~15–25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive business experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience leading commercial development or training programs in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end‑to‑end development and implementation of training strategies for Sales and other Commercial leaders.
• Translate strategy into clear capability roadmaps and scalable leadership journeys.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing training team and partner with Sales and Commercial leaders to drive outcomes.
• Design personalized, data‑driven learning journeys and measure learning impact.
