Job summary

FNF seeks a Commercial Underwriter in Phoenix to support its Commercial office. You will review and revise title commitments, pro forma policies, and final title policies for Arizona properties, and assess title issues through due diligence materials to mitigate underwriting risk.

You will serve as the underwriting point person on transactions, coordinate with clients, and help ensure timely, accurate closings while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with real estate law and state regulations.
• Ability to analyze title issues and due diligence materials.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and produce title commitments, pro forma policies, and final title policies for Arizona commercial properties.
• Analyze documents, surveys, and ALTA/NSPS items to assess risk.
• Serve as underwriting point person, manage client communications and negotiations.
• Collaborate with teams to support timely commercial real estate closings.
