Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to drive growth in our commercial tire business while building long-term B2B relationships. You will focus on acquiring new accounts, designing customer-focused proposals, and supporting onboarding and ongoing client management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years outside sales experience; experience in commercial tire industry preferred.
• Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Word/Excel, and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business.
• Prospect and qualify potential new customers.
• Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts.
• Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed.
