Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions is a leading commercial tire dealer and retread service provider seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive growth, expand our business, and build long-term B2B relationships. You will manage customer accounts, promote all product and service lines, and deliver solutions that meet client budgets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in commercial tire industry preferred.
• Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, MS Word/Excel, and Point of Sale systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills; detail-oriented.
• Must have a Class C Driver's License and pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and obtain new business.
• Prospect and qualify potential new customers.
• Design proposals aligning with customer needs and budget.
• Assist onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts.
• Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed.
