Qualifications

• Experience with project scheduling and budgets; subcontractor negotiations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and manage project schedules with the PM.
• Maintain budgets and site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; manage subcontractor agreements.
