Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC seeks a Superintendent for Commercial TI/Buildout construction in Nashville, TN. You’ll plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and site activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors from design through completion.

The role focuses on restaurant, retail, office, and hospitality TI work, with emphasis on detailed coordination and client communication. Proficiency in Sage, MS Word/Excel, and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Construction Management Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be proficient with basic computer skills and smartphones.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.
• Sage Construction Management Software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules with the project manager and manage budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors and craft employees, assigning responsibilities and evaluating productivity.
• Ensure work follows the Reverse Phase Schedule while maintaining quality and safety.
• Prepare and negotiate subcontractor agreements; maintain budgets and documentation.
• Provide strong client communication and timely reports to management.
